Plan your evaluator list
Approximately 1 week
Choose the people who can provide useful, balanced feedback on your day-to-day workplace behaviour.
This step helps set your Hogan 360 up for success.
Key action
- Clarify your purpose. In most cases, this will be for your development, so be clear that the feedback will guide your own growth.
- Choose the evaluator categories that best reflect your working relationships.
- Nominate 10 to 16 evaluators in total.
- Aim for at least 3 to 4 evaluators per non-manager category to support anonymity.
- Select evaluators who know you well enough to comment on your day-to-day workplace behaviour.
- Nominate the Hogan 360 certified practitioner who will receive your report and deliver your debrief.
Important to know
- Manager feedback is not anonymous where there is only one manager.
- You should let your evaluators know before launch that they will be invited to provide feedback.
- We recommend sharing your results with your manager as part of your development follow-through.
