The Hogan Leader Basis Report is a simple, off-the-shelf, objective solution to address a candidate’s potential for success in a leadership role at your organisation.

The Hogan Leader Basis is pre-validated from Hogan’s research archive of leadership and managerial positions. The report provides information about employment fit, job fit, job risks, organisational fit, and candidate interviewing style.

The report provides detailed, interpretive information about a candidate’s likely on-the-job behaviour in a leadership role.
