Virtual Hogan Advanced Interpretation Workshop

10AM – 6PM (AEST) Advanced Interpretation Workshop for executive coaches, HR, organisational development and training professionals, psychologists and practitioners. The hands on, fast paced workshop prepares the learner to:

• Interpret Hogan HPI, HDS, MVPI scale combinations more skilfully
• Connect scales across assessments
• Extract maximum value from subscale data
• Interpret developmental themes from the assessments
• Develop techniques around low HDS and low MVPI scores at a more advanced level
• Apply the assessments for talent identification, coaching and development

Many Hogan users find the Hogan tools to be incredibly rich and complex and find themselves wanting more hands-on practice and instruction around interpretation. If you wish to gain in-depth assessment expertise to assist you to deliver high-impact Hogan feedback for individuals or your organisation, this workshop will be ideal.

HOGAN ASSESSMENT WORKSHOPS CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop registration, PBC will automatically transfer your registration to a future workshop date. We do not offer a refund of the workshop fee. In the event of a transfer received within 10 working days of the workshop, up to 10% of the workshop fee may be charged to cover administration costs.
