  • Built-in development planning guidance, eliminating the need for external resources.

This option ensures full integration with APS leadership language and policy, making it the preferred choice for agencies seeking a seamless and impactful solution.

  1. Standard Hogan 360 + Mapped IDP to DRIVE, VICEED or ILS

For agencies preferring a lighter integration, this option includes:

  • The standard Hogan 360 competency model.
  • A separate APS DRIVE, VICEED or ILS Participant Workbook.
  • A Development Guide with technical mapping and research-based recommendations.

This approach offers flexibility while still supporting alignment with APS frameworks.
