What is SHRM membership and how is it different from certification?
SHRM membership gives you access to a global HR community, research and development resources. Certification is a separate, credentialed pathway you can pursue at any point — membership is not required to enrol in certification preparation, though it offers additional benefits and, in some cases, exam discounts.
Do I need to attend a certification course to benefit from this partnership?
No. Many of the benefits — global community, research, development resources — are available through SHRM membership itself, independent of certification.
Is this an official SHRM course?

What is the difference between SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP®?
SHRM-CP® is designed for professionals working in HR or HR-related roles who support day-to-day HR operations, implement policies and work directly with employees and managers. While SHRM-SCP® is designed for experienced HR leaders and senior practitioners responsible for strategic decision-making and organisational outcomes. The preparation course is the same, however they are different examination options.
