PBC Thought Leadership Forum 2026 Human Advantage Leading in an AI World

We’re delighted to invite you to our upcoming Thought Leadership Forum, delivered in partnership with Hogan Assessments. This year, we’re bringing together cutting-edge research and practical insights for our clients and colleagues, with complimentary in-person events in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland as well as a virtual experience accessible from anywhere.

We’re especially excited to welcome international guest speaker Dr Ryne Sherman (Chief Science Officer, Hogan Assessments) who will be joining us to share global perspectives and the latest science on the skills needed in an AI-driven world.

Please register below to receive the calendar file and more information closer to the event. We hope you can join us!

Skills Needed in an AI-Driven World

With the exponential proliferation of artificial intelligence and its impact on the global workforce, what skills will humans need to remain relevant and employed?  Opinions vary on what that impact will look like. Some think AI is coming for all of our jobs and will sooner rather than later deem human workers unnecessary. Others think we’re on the verge of an AI bubble and the technology is starting to plateau. And then there’s those who realistically, or at least optimistically, see a future somewhere in between.

The Science of Leading Teams: What the best leaders do differently

Leading teams has become more complex than ever, with 80% of teams underperforming. Organisations need leaders who can create alignment, trust, and performance across distributed teams. The latest research behind the Core5 model of leadership reveals the behaviours that distinguish the most effective team leaders today. We’ll discuss why self-mastery is critical in hybrid environments, and why organisations are increasingly turning to data to guide leadership investment.
