Hogan Certification Workshop

Virtual Hogan Advanced Interpretation Workshop (9AM-5PM AEDT)

Go deeper with Hogan data and build greater confidence in advanced interpretation.
The Hogan Advanced Interpretation Workshop is a one-day virtual workshop designed for practitioners who have completed Hogan Level 1 Certification and want to strengthen their ability to interpret Hogan assessment results with greater depth, accuracy and impact.
This fast-paced, hands-on workshop provides practical interpretation experience across the HPI, HDS and MVPI, helping you move beyond individual scale scores to identify meaningful patterns, connect data points and translate results into clear developmental insights.
It is ideal for executive coaches, HR professionals, organisational development and learning specialists, psychologists and practitioners who are already using Hogan and want to deliver more sophisticated, high-impact feedback.
Professional development credits
This workshop may contribute to psychology registration requirements.
ICF approved activity:
  • Core Competencies: 4.1 hours
  • Resource Development: 2.65 hours
What you will learn
By the end of the workshop, you will be better equipped to:
  • Interpret HPI, HDS and MVPI scale combinations with greater skill and confidence
  • Connect themes across Hogan assessments to form more integrated interpretations
  • Draw deeper insight from subscale data
  • Identify developmental themes and patterns within assessment results
  • Apply advanced interpretation techniques for low HDS and low MVPI scores
  • Use Hogan data more effectively for coaching, leadership development, talent identification and individual development planning
Why attend
Hogan reports are rich, nuanced and highly valuable, but the real impact comes from knowing how to interpret the data in context.
This workshop gives certified Hogan users the opportunity to practise, ask questions and refine their interpretation skills with guidance from experienced Hogan practitioners. You will work with Hogan data in a practical setting and build confidence in drawing out insights that are relevant, balanced and useful for real organisational conversations.
Rather than simply revisiting the basics, this workshop focuses on the interpretive judgement required to make stronger connections between scales, explore complexity and generate meaningful development conversations.
Who should attend
This workshop is suitable for Hogan-certified practitioners, including:
  • Executive coaches
  • HR and talent professionals
  • Organisational development practitioners
  • Learning and development specialists
  • Psychologists
  • Consultants and facilitators who use Hogan assessments in their work
Please note: You must hold Hogan Level 1 Assessment Certification before completing the Hogan Advanced Interpretation Workshop.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel your Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop registration, PBC will automatically transfer your registration to a future workshop date. Refunds are not available for the workshop fee. If a transfer is requested within 10 working days of the workshop, an administration fee of up to 10% of the workshop fee may apply.
