The Hogan Compass utilises the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI), which identifies an individual’s core goals, values, drivers, and interests. An individual’s values influence their choice of jobs and careers, the report provides feedback on four value clusters; Status Interests, Social Interests, Financial Interests and Decision-making Style.
