PBC Webinar: Maximising ROI – Unleashing the Potential of the Hogan Suite

While the primary application of a Hogan Profile is in the course of an individual debrief to help a candidate build their self awareness of their areas of strength and development, as assessment and development advisors to our clients, there are a range of other areas that we can impact their businesses through the use of Hogan assessments.

Maximising the value to a client organisation of working with Hogan assessments comes from understanding how to look beyond the singular application of a Hogan assessment at debrief to multiplying the value the Hogan profile can add to candidates and their organisation at large.

This may include:

  • Multiplying a candidate’s touch points with their profile through coaching or development program design
  • Structuring an organisation’s use of assessments to maximise ROI on assessment profiles through opportunities for reuse and avoiding repeat assessment spend
  • Alignment of assessments and assessment insights to the organisation’s strategic goals
  • Consistent use of assessments and managing assessment data to support organisational analytics
  • Development pathways built around the 2-3 year lifespan of a Hogan profile

In this session, we explore each of these opportunities to engage with organisations on their use of assessments to maximise their ROI and impact in driving change and the development of the organisation’s capability.
