Landing Webinar Public Sector Leadership Insights

UPCOMING WEBINAR

Public Sector Leadership Insights:

Lessons from the APSC SES 360 Mandate

๐Ÿ“… 5 November 2026

๐Ÿ•’ 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM (AEDT)

Leadership and management of public sector agencies and systems is a complex and challenging task. Drawing on 360 data from 1,818 APS leaders and 20,677 raters, together with PBC Hoganโ€™s experience delivering leadership assessment and development programs across Federal and State Government, this session will explore the leadership behaviours that matter in high-accountability public sector environments.

Alex Bond and Dr Sean Coward, will examine:

  • The leadership strengths most consistently visible across the data, including integrity, professionalism, collaboration, resilience and high-quality delivery.
  • Where government leaders can extend their impact through clearer strategic direction, accountability, people development, morale, influence and leadership presence.
  • How agencies can move beyond a compliance approach to 360 feedback and use insight to support sustained development, succession, talent decisions and organisational capability.
  • Practical lessons for designing 360 programs that build trust, engagement and meaningful development outcomes.

The session is designed for senior leaders and those responsible for leadership capability across Federal and State Government who are looking for evidence-based, practical insights into strengthening leadership effectiveness.
