PBC's approach

A system-wide view of safety behaviour and climate

Safety outcomes are influenced by more than procedures, equipment and training. Individual personality and behaviour, the way leaders reinforce safety, and the broader organisational safety climate can all influence how safety is experienced in day-to-day work.

PBC's SafeSystem brings these perspectives together. The right solution can be used independently or combined into a broader safety assessment pathway depending on the roles, risks and outcomes your organisation needs to address.

01

Individuals

Understand safety-related personality characteristics and behavioural tendencies when selecting or developing people in safety-critical roles.

02

Leaders

Measure how safety leadership, psychological safety and related behaviours are experienced by managers, peers and direct reports.

03

Organisation

Gather anonymous employee feedback to understand safety attitudes, climate and organisational priorities for improvement.

When safety insight matters

Make the people factors behind safety more visible
