PBC Thought Leadership Forum

We are delighted to invite you to the annual PBC Thought Leadership Forum. With in-person events for Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and a virtual event for all, we hope you can join us!

International guest speaker, Dr Ryne Sherman (Chief Science Officer, Hogan Assessments) will be presenting on the topic: The Hidden Cost of Toxic Employees. We’ve all experienced the colleague who brings the mood down, the leader who thrives on chaos, or the team member whose negativity drains the energy from the room, but how much are these behaviours costing organisations? Learn which personality characteristics are most likely to engage in toxic behaviours, and how to respond in the workplace.

PBC will explore the theme of Strategic Team Building: Using Personality to Drive Efficiency, Engagement and Results. There’s no doubt that teams are the engine room of organisational success. Understanding personality can improve team dynamics, reduce friction, and drive long-term performance, but building the right teams is not just a cultural win—it’s a strategic, economic advantage. Hear the latest research on current opportunities for teams and learn how personality data and the High Performing Team Assessment (HPTA) can unlock greater team results.

Places are limited, so we encourage you to register early for your preferred location using the links below. This event is complimentary for all attendees, and we would appreciate your participation in the Global Leadership Effectiveness Study.
