HPTA Certification
The Hogan 360 Certification gives coaches, managers, and professionals the skills to help leaders understand their reputation at work using an industry-leading, data-driven assessment. Certified users have improved feedback and coaching skills and can use the Hogan 360 to: understand a leader’s unique strengths and development opportunities; examine how they are perceived by colleagues; and create an actionable development plan.
The High Performing Team Assessment (HPTA) certification enables consultants and professionals to measure team performance and culture. Certified users can provide feedback around the effectiveness of a team across 12 critical themes for success and help teams understand their strengths and opportunities, improving team development and attainment of strategic objectives. The HPTA includes four variations for different levels.
