Hogan 360 certification empowers coaches, managers, and L&D and HR professionals with the capabilities they need to understand and measure leadership effectiveness at work with the Hogan 360. 

 

Once you’ve completed the certification, you’ll be equipped to:

  • Debrief a Hogan 360 report
  • Understand a leader’s unique strengths and development opportunities
  • Identify strengths that could be overused
  • Create actionable development plans
  • Leverage 360 data to inform programs including coaching

This training is completed wholly online at your own pace. An application of learning is included after the course to provide practice in debriefing the Hogan 360. This option is a 2-hour training webinar with a consultant and fellow practitioners. Gain an in-depth understanding of the Hogan 360 and engage in debrief practice, along with opportunities for Q&A. The face-to-face option runs for 3-hours. Like the virtual webinar, you will engage with a consultant and fellow practitioners to understand and practice using the Hogan 360.

Is the Hogan 360 customisable to my organisation?

Yes. We can tailor the 360 to your brand, map results to your competency model and provide you with up to three additional item banks to include in your organisation’s Hogan 360 assessment.

Is it available in any languages other than English?

Yes. The Hogan 360 is currently available in over 20 languages. To find out more, click here. 

How is your complimentary certification delivered?

Online, via a self-paced webinar, virtual interactive workshop or face-to-face interactive workshop. 

How can I demonstrate return on investment from the tool?

The data is a critical input into a holistic analytics piece. It measures capability uplift for succession planning, employee engagement and retention, and customer satisfaction. In organisations, the 360 is a key metric that can be used as part of a balanced scorecard. 

How are the reports delivered? Who has access?

Once a Hogan 360 assessment is complete an individual report, group report ( for intact teams and cohorts) and summary report (includes raw data) are available. Please contact your account manager to discuss reporting options. Reports may only be delivered to a certified user to debrief. Access is managed by the client and shared in accordance with their security and privacy standards.

How is the survey structured? How long will it take our team to complete?

Each survey will take your team members approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. It asks 50 rate on scale questions, areas of strength and opportunities to improve as well as a number of free text open ended questions.
