PBC is the author and publisher of the NSW Government Hogan 360, a multi-rater feedback instrument designed to build self awareness and leadership capability with Leaders and Executives in the context of the NSW public sector.
The NSW Government Hogan 360 measures individuals and teams/ cohorts against the NSW Public Sector Capability Framework (Adept and Advanced levels) and the NSW Public Sector Leadership Framework. Leaders are able to understand their results relative to our NSW Government benchmark comprising 1,100 subjects and more than 8,000 evaluators.
